HOW MUCH TECHNOLOGY SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO STUDENT AND TEACHERS
Technology provided should be enough to improve accessibility of information during research for both the student and the teacher. It should also be enough to ensure convenience for example students can type their assignments instead of writing thus making learning and doing assignments more convenient. The technology should also be enough to improve the computer literacy in that it must not be too much especially for people who are new to computers in both the teachers and the students. The technology must not be too much to an extent that both the student and the teacher do not put any effort for instance when given a topic question that needs research some students tend to just Google information without exactly researching or putting information in coherent order thus making their work below standard when truth be told they could have done better if proper research had been done. The technology should not be too much to an extent that both students and teachers concentration and focus should be destructed. From the above it is plain to suggest that technology though it is good in a variety of ways has several mishaps of its own.

I would prefer the traditional method because working on a computer is just too tempting to play games, go on Facebook or something like that and I know I'm speaking on behalf of a number of students as well
ReplyDeleteI believe its a good thing to modernize but there should always be a balance between computer literacy knowledge and basic knowledge from tutors.Preserving traditional learning methods such as having teachers is an advantage as personal interaction to a certain level may create an atmosphere of much deeper understanding as compared to just getting information straight from computers.
